The double-jacketed mixing vessel, complete with a jacketed steam boiler, is employed for the blending of liquid and slightly solid materials. The assembly features a series of paddle-type blades, with either pitched or flat blades of suitable shapes. Within the mixer, two consecutive blades move in opposite directions, fostering a laminar thinning effect on the material and ensuring consistent mixing.

The paddle-type blades are mounted on scraping arms and welded to a hollow shaft, each having an independent drive. A bottom support, referred to as a piyot, is provided to stabilize the shaft during rotation. The paddles affixed to the internal shaft create relative movement of the material. To facilitate material discharge, various types of valves can be incorporated based on user requirements.
