It employs a screw-press capping process, where the bottle undergoes rolling press action from hobs, with automatic feeding of bottles and caps, as well as removal of incorrectly placed caps. The resulting capped bottles boast stable sealing effects and convenient uncapping, effectively serving as a deterrent against counterfeiting and theft.

Working Function :

 

The containers are conveyed to the star wheel via a conveyor system. The star wheel, operating in an indexing mode for single-head cappers or continuous motion for multi-head cappers, transports the containers to the cap placement station and then to the closing head. At the closing head, the cap is tightened to the required torque. If the head operates under pressure, it presses the cap onto the bottle neck using a spring unit. The torque level can be adjusted using a magnetic clutch mechanism on the closing head.

Once the closing process is completed, the star wheel shifts the container to the next station for pressing the smaller black cap. Subsequently, the star wheel moves the container to the finished products conveyor for further processing.
