The multilane stick packaging machine operates on the vertical form-fill-seal principle to produce sachets (either 3-side seal or 4-side seal) or sticks (pillow type). It is engineered to accommodate diverse dosing requirements, including granules, powder, liquid, or paste, within a volume range of 1-200ml. This machine is specifically designed for high-volume production within confined spaces. It is available in configurations of 4, 6, 8, and 10 lanes, with each lane achieving speeds of around 40 bags per minute. Furthermore, an optional printer can be integrated for personalized branding and labeling purposes.
