The batch duration typically ranges from 5 to 10 minutes, or even less for standard batches containing noodles, fragrances, and coloring. The mixing duration is also influenced by the intensity of the soap’s color. Specifically designed mixing blades ensure the proper blending for the homogeneity of the soap noodles with the coloring. Following the mixing process, the soap base is prepared for refining and extrusion.
