The liquid filling machine is not shown in the above picture because some customers’ aerosol products do not require a liquid filling machine. For example, butane cartridges only need to be filled with propane butane. Additionally, some customers may opt to purchase ordinary liquid filling machines available on the market at a lower cost.

The liquid filling machine is constructed from 304 stainless steel and is driven by compressed air. It can automatically draw liquid, featuring a metering cylinder that accurately controls the volume of liquid filled. We can customize the size of the metering cylinder according to the customer’s requirements. This machine is capable of filling high viscosity liquids and is suitable for various media, including both thin liquids (such as kerosene) and viscous liquids (such as face cream, PU foaming agent, spray paint).

Semi-Automatic Aerosol Gas Filling Machine :

The small pneumatic aerosol gas filling machine is used for filling gas into empty aerosol cans after the valves have been crimped.

The machine can fill gases such as compressed air, oxygen, and nitrogen. For filling LPG, butane, DME, or freon, a gas booster pump is required.
It operates on compressed air.
The machine does not require installation; it is pre-adjusted before leaving the factory. Simply connect it to a compressed air source and a gas cylinder, and it is ready to run.
Its compact size minimizes floor space, making it easy to move and suitable for placement on customer-designed worktables.

Propellant Gas Booster Pump :

The propellant gas booster pump serves to increase or maintain the pressure of the propellant gas, ensuring it remains in a liquefied state. It also eliminates bubbles in the liquid, making the propellant filling process more accurate.

For gases like LPG, propane, butane, DME, or Freon, it is recommended to use the booster pump with the gas filling machine. However, if your gases are nitrogen, carbon dioxide, or oxygen, you should either turn off or avoid using the gas booster pump.
