Tank Weighing Machine

A silo weighing system, consisting of three or four load cells, features:

1. Weighing Module : Ensures accurate vertical force application on each load cell, ensuring signal repeatability by minimizing the impact of non-vertical forces.
2. Junction Box :Securely connects load cell wires in a watertight manner, averaging millivolt (mV) signals to create a combined value with minimal electrical noise.
3. Weight Indicator/Transmitter:Offers various communication options to transmit weight data to a PLC or PC.
4. Calibration Methods :
   • Material Weight : Fill the silo with a known weight of the stored material.
   • Certified Test Weights : Attach certified test weights to the silo.
   • Theoretical Calibration : Utilize the “theoretical calibration” function to determine mV signals based on average load cell sensitivity.
