The AUTOMATIC SOAP CUTTERS  FCT-60 and  FCT-120 are designed for the precise and automatic cutting of extruded soap bars. Equipped with an Electronic Encoder, these machines measure the length of the soap and signal the PLC to cut the continuous soap bar into the desired lengths. The unique design of the FCT-60 and  FCT-120 allows for changing the length of the soap bars during production without stopping the machine. The cutting blade and pneumatic cylinder move in sync with the extruded soap bar, ensuring an accurate vertical cut. Additionally, the  FCT-120 features an adjustable-speed belt conveyor.
