Our small soap presses, also known as soap stampers, are designed to produce stamped soap bars in various shapes, including rectangular, oval, and round, from extruded soap bars. Each soap press includes one die-set (soap mold) customized to customer specifications, consisting of an upper and a lower mold with centering pins. These machines cater to the production of stamped soap bars of different weights, dimensions, and shapes, ideal for both toilet and hotel soap bars. Features:

MANUAL SOAP PRESS FCT-500 :

• Manual soap press with lever-operated stamping
• Maximum stroke with mold assembled: 100mm
• Anti-rotation slide for precise upper die movement
• Adjustable bottom dead point to regulate the distance between the upper and lower molds
• Capable of producing single soap bars up to 75g
• Includes one customized soap die-set

PNEUMATIC SOAP PRESS FCT-1000 :

• Semi-automatic soap press with pneumatic cylinder stamping
• Maximum stroke with mold assembled: 100mm
• Anti-rotation slide for precise upper die movement
• Adjustable bottom dead point to regulate the distance between the upper and lower molds
• Control panel with push buttons for easy operation
• Capable of producing single soap bars up to 150g or two soap bars up to 75g each
• Includes one customized soap mold

PNEUMATIC SOAP PRESS FCT-2000 :

• Semi-automatic soap press with pneumatic cylinder stamping
• Maximum stroke with mold assembled: 100mm
• Anti-rotation slide for precise upper die movement
• Adjustable bottom dead point to regulate the distance between the upper and lower molds
• Control panel with push buttons for easy operation
• Capable of producing single soap bars up to 250g, two soap bars up to 125g each, or three soap bars up to 75g each
