The Tube Filling Machine is specifically designed for filling and sealing laminate tubes, aluminum tubes, or plastic tubes with semi-solid products like creams, gels, and ointments.

The process is automated, starting with manual tube feeding into the machine. Tubes are then transferred and inverted before reaching the dosing station. Semi-solid products are supplied from a mobile vessel or vat and delivered to the filling machine nozzle through vacuum or sanitary pumps.

The machine fills the tubes with adjustable volumes of product before sealing the bottom using either a heat sealer or laminate crimper. Finally, the sealed tubes are transported out of the machine for further processing.

The Tube Filling Machine is equipped to handle various filling capacities and speeds, providing flexibility to accommodate different production requirements. It offers options for filling rates ranging from 30 tubes per minute to 150 tubes per minute across different models.

Tube Feeder :

The tube filling machine is engineered to facilitate the manual loading of tubes into the magazine in an ergonomic manner, ensuring ease of operation. Once loaded, the machine automatically feeds the tubes into the dosing station in an orderly fashion. The tubes are positioned vertically at a dedicated spot, with the open bottom side facing upward for efficient filling.

Dosing Station :

At the dosing station, the tube undergoes internal cleaning through adjustable air blowing and dust aspiration facilitated by a vacuum device. Compressed air to power the cleaning station is filtered through a terminal filter for optimal performance.

Semi-solid product is delivered from a mobile vessel or vat to the heated hopper via vacuum or sanitary pump integrated within the filling machine. The system ensures minimal residual product remains in the vessel after filling is complete.

A heated hopper equipped with a scraper maintains product homogeneity and consistent temperature. Central dosing volume adjustment is facilitated by an adjuster, allowing for precise control over dosing volume and speed. Operators can conveniently adjust these parameters at the operating terminal.

Additionally, the dosing station is equipped with automatic detection capabilities to alert operators if any dosing station is missing a tube.

Sealing Station :

At the sealing station, plastic tubes are securely sealed using thermos sealing technology, which employs high-frequency hot jaws and hot air to ensure complete closure. This process offers the flexibility to customize designer seals according to specific requirements
