Product Description :
Our Soap Extruders, also known as Soap Plodders, are designed to refine, homogenize, and extrude processed soap (soap noodles mixed with perfume and color) from the mixer. The extrusion cone ensures the production of a compacted soap bar with a smooth surface, thanks to its industrial-grade heating system. The cooling circuit allows the soap extruders to operate continuously without a decrease in capacity, unlike extruders without a circulating cooling system. The extrusion screws, available in diameters of 80 mm or 120 mm, are not only designed to increase production but also to produce highly compacted soap bars weighing up to 150 grams.
